The Porter Ranch Development Company reports June 2014 that they are building a storm basin for the Aldea project which includes Seville and Las Brisas. "Due to all the new water quality requirements we are digging a tunnel under Rinaldi so storm water can be stored and then enter the storm drain system," informs PRDC. The estimated completion date is mid July 2014. There will be additional improvements after that for landscaping, irrigation and fencing tha will be completed by late August.
