CSUN's Master of Urban Planning Program is currently preparing a resilience plan for Porter Ranch and we would like to gather your thoughts on which issues are most pertinent to maintaining and improving Porter Ranch’s resilience. Resilience is the capacity of Porter Ranch’s individuals, communities, institutions, businesses and systems to survive, adapt, and grow regardless of chronic stresses and acute shocks experienced. A resilient Porter Ranch is less likely to be damaged during unfortunate events and can bounce back quicker when those events cause damage.
