Mike Dobry was honored in City Council this week to congratulate him for being named 2007 Community Partner of the Year by the California Crime Prevention Officer's Association.
A resident of Porter Ranch, Mike was awarded for his outstanding commitment to improving the public safety in our community. He was recognized for his contributions as an LAPD Reserve Officer, as a State and National Parks Mountain Bike Unit member, in Neighborhood Watch groups, and by leading volunteer graffiti clean-ups.
He has also dedicated a great deal of time and effort to Supporters of Law Enforcement in Devonshire (SOLID) and always volunteers at community events.
