At the February 2017 general meeting, the PRNC had a surprise guest. Councilman Mitchell Englander made a special appearance, taking questions from stakeholders and board members. He spoke about his disappointment with the recent SoCal Gas / AQMD settlement. Councilman Englander shared the motion he introduced at yesterday's city council meeting that would accelerate the pathway to eliminate LA's dependency on natural gas.
