Members of the Porter Ranch Neighborhood Council and community attended Councilmember John Lee's annual holiday breakfast. This year it was held outside at the Rancho la Cordillera starting at 8am with temperatures in the 40s! Present were President Gabriel Khanlian and members Becky Leveque, Hilda Sarkisyan and David Balen.
