This year, the PRNC co-funded a Utility Box Art project with the Northridge West Neighborhood Council. A call-to-artists was sent out and 37 designs have been submitted by 26 artists. It is now the community’s turn to vote on its top seven favorite designs to be painted on seven utility boxes in Porter Ranch.
