On December 20, 2016, the City Planning Commission completed a permit compliance review and design review of the multi-family development proposed by Shapell Properties, and issued a conditional approval of the Site Plan. The combination of the three documents at the links below constitute the full Planning Commission document. The commission rules provide for only 15 days for stakeholders to file an appeal of the decision. This puts the appeal closing date at this Wednesday, January 4, 2017. Any stakeholder who is interested in filing an appeal with the City Planning Department should follow the instructions in the document, and can use the Appeal form at the link below.
